PicenoCasa was founded by Piero Ciarrocchi (registered and acknowledged as an official Estate Agent) who has many years of qualified experience in Real Estate. Piero together with his team of Architects, Surveyors, Lawyers, Interior Designers, Landscape Gardeners, etc have been successfully finding and restoring properties for both foreign and Italian clients for the last 5 years when the agency was founded. PicenoCasa have hundreds of old and new properties on its’ books (see ON OFFER page) and specialises in the southern region of the Marche where the hills are rolling and sweet and the distance between the mountains and the sea is the shortest.

Piero, together with his team offer a full key in hand service - making purchasing a property abroad, be it a second holiday/retirement home or a permanent one, as stress free and simple as possible. Whatever your needs, Picenocasa will do its best to try and accommodate them and take you step by step through each stage of your property purchase. Do not be put off either if you are not up to speed with the native language yet, as our team includes a number of British people who have been living in the Marche for some years and who are bi-lingual. A member of this friendly team will accompany you on all your property viewings and ensure that you understand all the particulars of the properties and the procedures that one must follow in order to purchase a property. They will also be able to explain your needs, requirements and queries to the Italian team, ensuring that the properties you are shown match your initial brief.
